⊣ How do we get started?
Get in touch via the contact form with your details and we’ll discuss your project first over email and then via Zoom. During our discussion, we’ll cover deliverables as well as general pricing. Once we’ve ironed out the details, I’ll send you an estimate in writing to review. Once the estimate is approved, a contract, timeline and deposit invoice will follow.
⊣ How long does it take?
Designing your website takes 3-4 weeks. Developing both, your brand and website takes 4-6 weeks. This relies on you being available to communicate and review your designs as soon as they come to you. It's best to book in when you know you have some free time to review and provide feedback.
Please note, that the timeline of delivering add-ons varies depending on the scope of your project. If you have a specific deadline that needs to be met, please let me know right away.

Site content - copy & images must come from you. As well as any custom illustrations, fonts, paintings, or calligraphy, etc.
If you're looking for a copywriter to partner on creating purpose driven words for your business, I can provide a list of referrals upon request.
⊣ Is Squarespace right for me?
Squarespace is perfect for those who value modern & clean design, and would like a website that won’t cause them technical nightmares. I suggest Squarespace for entrepreneurs, creative professionals, small business owners, and bloggers. I would not suggest Squarespace if you run a large business, or an organization with complex website requirements (forums, very complex booking systems, online shops requiring individual client login accounts, etc.)
⊣ How much does using Squarespace cost?
Most of my clients use the $12 or $18/month plan. Included in this is the cost of website hosting. You'll also need to purchase a domain name (roughly $10-$20/year).
⊣ Can I keep my current domain?
Yes, you sure can!
⊣ If I book today, how much do I pay?
You pay 50% of your package price. Then on the last day of your design period, just before launch, you'll pay the 50% remainder.
⊣ What happens after I book?
You'll receive an email with the studio's Welcome Package. It will walk you through preparing your content; you can get started right away if you'd like! I will also follow up by email with a contract to be signed. You can sign it easily online. Once the contract is signed, your preferred design date will be saved for you.
⊣ I already have branding. Can we still work together?
Yes! The Website Design Package is perfect for you if your brand elements are ready. However, the final branding files need to be delivered before our design process begins.
⊣ I have a custom project that's not listed above. Are you available?
Yes! As soon as your brand and website are complete, we can partner on nearly anything else you need. Please review the add-ons section and fill the form to get a quote.
⊣ Do you accept every project pitch?
Unfortunately, as a small studio, I am unable to accommodate every request. If a project isn't an ideal fit, I can provide a list of referrals upon request for designers who may have more bandwidth and availability. Just ask!
